I moved to the Pacific
Northwest from Detroit, MI about 8 years ago. Prior to completing
my graduate studies at the University of Oregon in Eugene, I was
an Art Director at an ad agency. I moved to Seattle shortly after
graduation in 2002. I was a sub for the district for two years before
landing my first permanent job as the first grade teacher here at
Greenwood.
My husband, Brian, is also a teacher and coach for Seattle Public
Schools. I am thoroughly enjoying my placement this year with Greenwood's
4th and 5th grade students.
