Dr. Trotter has worked
at the elementary, middle, junior high, and high school levels as
a building administrator. He also served as an Education Director
and supervised 21 schools in the Seattle schooldistrict for five
years.
As an educator for 24 years prior to joining Greenwood elementary,
Mr.Trotter served four school districts and eight different schools
in Washington state. He holds a master's degree in Educational Leadership
from Pacific Lutheran University and recently completed his doctorate
degree at the University of Washington.
His professional associations include: The National Association
of Elementary School Principals, Association of Curriculum Development,
Phi Lambda Theta International Honor Society, National Alliance
of Black School Educators, and Alpha Phi Alpha
